Kenny Nwosu - Chairman Kenny is Director of Africa Investments at Equator Capital Partners, fund manager for ShoreCap International and ShoreCap II, and is responsible for the management of the African investment portfolio. Prior to joining ShoreCap in 2006, Kenny was an Associate Director at Whitehall Capital, an emerging markets focused investment and advisory firm. He previously worked for Deutsche Bank and was also a Financial Adviser to small and medium enterprises and private clients for a financial advisory group. Kenny received his MBA from the London Business School and his MSC in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Aberdeen. He also holds a BA Honours in Economics from the University of Nottingham. |

Willem Enklaar Willem Enklaar is an Investment Officer at Triodos Investment Management. This investment management company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Triodos Bank, one of the world’s leading sustainable banks. He joined Triodos Bank in 2009 and is responsible for management and execution of debt and equity investments in microfinance institutions in Africa and India. He is also member of the Board of Directors at Bellwether Microfinance Fund in India. Prior to Triodos Bank Willem worked at ACCION International and held several positions at Fortis Bank in the Netherlands, where he mainly worked in the field of energy finance. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Groningen. |

Mwenda Thiribi Mr. Thiribi is a Graduate of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Nairobi, a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (ICPAK) and a Fellow of the Economic Development Institute (FEDI) of the World Bank.

David Masika Mr. Masika is a well-known person in the Real Estate Business. He holds an honors degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi and is a member of The Institutions of Surveyors of Kenya and a Registered and Licensed Valuer. He is currently the Chairman of Lloyd Masika Limited. Over the last 20 years David has served in many Boards among them; Tana and Athi Rivers Development Authority, National Social Security Fund as CEO, National Bank of Kenya, Kenya Meat Commission, World Bank, Apex Committee on Cotton as Chairman. He is currently serving in the boards of Nairobi Hospital, Cheshire Services Kenya, South Eastern University College, Cotton Development Authority, Pioneer Holdings (Africa) Limited among many others.

Mildred Owuor Mildred joined the K-Rep Bank board in October 2010. She is an experienced career banker, and has served in several senior management positions at National Bank of Kenya Ltd. She has experience in tax administration, having served as a member of the board of directors of Kenya Revenue Authority, and in the pensions industry, having served in the Central Bank of Kenya Pension Fund as a Trustee. Mildred is an electoral expert and was a Commissioner in the Electoral Commission of Kenya. Currently she serves in the African Union observer missions in the continent. She is a member of the Institute of Directors (Kenya), and holds a bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi.

Patricia Kiwanuka Ms. Kiwanuka has a wealth of experience in the finance and retirement benefits industry having previously worked with Alexander Forbes Financial Services Limited as well as Local Authorities Provident Fund. She is a council member with the Association of Retirement Benefits Schemes and member of the CFA Institute, US. Patricia holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree (Finance) and a Bachelors of Science Degree (Statistics) from the University of Nairobi.

Rafael Jabba Rafael Jabba has a diverse background in multi-sector program management with 15 years of experience in micro-finance and SME lending, remittances, low-income housing credit and mortgage lending programs, small business loan programs, agriculture, local governance and construction management. Mr. Jabba is a Principal Investment Officer at the African Development Bank and in addition to analyzing a wide variety of financial investment opportunities; he is also the Fund Coordinator for the AfDB’s Microfinance Capacity Building Fund as well as the Migration and Development Trust Fund. Mr. Jabba is a former Foreign Service Officer with USAID. In addition to working throughout the African continent; Mr. Jabba has worked in the Gaza Strip, Jordan, Iraq, Cambodia, Pakistan, Egypt, Lebanon, Afghanistan and Indonesia. Mr. Jabba has a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Maryland. |
