Albert Ruturi - Managing Director
Mr. Ruturi is the Managing Director of K-Rep Bank Ltd. He is an experienced and well trained banker with wealth of experience. Has served at senior Management levels in Banks for over ten years. He has excellent leadership skills and has made substantial contributions to the overall growth of the organizations he worked in.
Philemon Wachara: Head - Finance and Administration
Philemon is a Bachelor of Commerce( Accounting) Degree holder and a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA K). He is also a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) holder on top of being a Certified Public Secretary (CPS), His Banking Career spans 8 years in the field of Accounting, financial management, treasury and micro finance. He joined K-rep bank from Housing Finance in April year 2007.
Michael Mutisya: Head - Operations and Information Technology
Michael Mutisya has over ten years of progressive experience in the banking operations. Mr. Mutisya is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the bank’s Operations, IT and Procurement. Mr. Mutisya’s current duties include Management of Central operations, Business Continuity Management, Bank controls and processes and procedures, IT and Procurement. He was instrumental in Setting up bank centralized bank process and system changeover. Prior joining K-rep Bank he worked with ABC Bank where he was primarily involved in centralized back office processes. Mr. Mutisya holds B.A Degree in Mathematics and Economics and Diploma in IMIS I& II.
Peter Karichu: Head - Audit and Enterprise Risk Management
Peter holds of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Strathmore University as well as Master’s degree in finance from Strathmore University. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and a member of Institute of Internal Auditors. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Certified Information Security manager. Peter Joined the Bank in March 2005.
Wilson Muthaura: Head - Human Resources
Wilson Muthaura is a Human Resources Practitioner with over 15 years experience, gained from diverse sectors of the economy. He is a holder of Bachelor of Arts degree from Egerton University, Higher Diploma in Human Resources management. He is also completing Masters in Human Resources Management. He joined K-rep bank from East African Cables in April 2012.
Edwin Kigochi: Head - Business Development
Edwin is a career banker with over 20 years experience in the industry. He has extensive experience spanning across Corporate, SME and Retail banking, Business Development, Treasury Management and Branch Operations.
He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Financial Services from University of Manchester (UMIST) and is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), London. Edwin also has a Diploma in Customer Relationship(Dip CRM) from the Institute of Financial Services,London.
Prior to joining K-Rep bank in April 2012, Edwin was the Group Treasurer, East African Breweries Ltd.
Josephine Musembi: Head- Legal Affairs & Procurement
Ms. Musembi holds a LLB degree and a diploma in law. She is an advocate of the High court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She joined the Bank in 2009 and has a wealth of experience in legal practice.
