Mr. Kiplagat holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics & Chemistry) Degree from university of Sorborne , Paris.

Frank Streppel

Mr. Frank Streppel started his banking career in 1992 with ABN AMRO Bank in the Netherlands, where he gained wide banking experience through fulfillment of several positions. In 1998 he was granted a full year leave to work voluntarily as Financial Controller for Médecins Sans Frontières in Sri Lanka.

Since 2000 he is working as Senior Investment Officer for Triodos Bank in the Netherlands at the International Fund Management department where he is responsible for an investment portfolio consisting of loans and
equity participations the Microfinance industry in East- and Southern African countries. He is representing Triodos in the Board of Directors of three companies in Africa and at the Dutch National Platform for Microfinance.

George Okado

George Okado has extensive experience in developing ICT and media based policies, strategies and systems. He has worked in East, Central, Southern and West Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Southern Sudan, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe and the Gambia ).  He is currently a part-time lecturer at the Catholic University of East Africa, Tangaza College , specializing in the role of media in society.
He has over 25 years in the ICT sector.

Leon Smith is Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Risk Management for Shore Bank Corporation.

Mr. Smith conducts loan reviews, peer reviews and risk management consulting assignments at company subsidiaries and affiliates domestically and for Shore Bank International and Shore Cap International/Exchange clients.

Mr. Smith has a BA from the University of Illinois, an MBA from the University of Chicago and a JD degree from Northwestern University. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

Mr. Mwenda Thiribi is a Graduate of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Nairobi, a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (ICPAK) and a Fellow of the Economic Development Institute (FEDI) of the World Bank.

He has been a business and finance consultant through out his working life specialising in private sector business development including; development of small and medium enterprises, rehabilitation of ailing enterprises, privatisation, development finance mechanism, micro finance and private sector reform programmes. He has extensive experience in consultancy works in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, and Zambia.

Mr. Thiribi is currently a Commissioner – Electoral Commission of Kenya. 

Albert Ruturi

Managing Director

Mr. Ruturi is the Managing Director of K-Rep Bank Ltd. He is an experienced and well trained banker with wealth of experience. Has served at senior Management levels in Banks for over ten years. He has excellent leadership skills and has made substantial contributions to the overall growth of the organizations he worked in.
